The Bangui Wind Farm of Bangui, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. This is the only place in the country to find windmills. These windmills provide electricity in the area.
It is such an amazing sight to see. Love to be here some day.



If you ever get the chance to visit Laoag, Ilocos Norte, try these delicious foods. They are so appetizing and very famous here. First is DINENGDENG. a soup with a stunning selection of fresh vegetables and some fish, in this case, slices of tanguige. The surprise element in this broth was the addition of lots of ginger, that gave the soup a refreshing and soothing flavor. The veggies in this particular version included sitaw (long beans), okra, sigarilyas (winged bean), ampalaya, squash flowers, tomatoes, gabi (taro root), malunggay pod (horseradish tree pods), etc.



This is the ever famous Longganisa of Laoag. It is made from lean pork meat stuffed with pepper and with some vinegar. Very tasty and delicious. I have tried it many times.

Beautiful Sky



This is a beautiful photo taken at the beach in the philippines. Somewhere in Cebu City, Philippines. It is nice to take a shot of such a beautiful and wondeful sky with such amazing color display. I could not help but be amazed with the sight i was seeing. Simply breathless.

Spaghetti with Spanish Sardines

I have this good recipe for pasta. I have made it healthy by using spaghetti noodles with wheat. And the use of fresh tomatoes makes it healthy also. It is also so simple to do. No need to add any meat. With the use of spanish sardines it makes it more healthy by avoiding the meats which are bad to the heart. We need only one can of spanish sardines to do this one. It saves us a lot of money actually. I enjoyed so much. I just cooked an hour ago. My family loved it just i did. And also with the wheat spaghetti noodles made me feel so full and i even use the left over sauce as a spread to my wheat bread.

Here's the recipe:



Ingredients:
* 1/2 lb spaghetti noodles
* 1 C cherry or grape tomatoes
* red pepper flakes
* whole spanish style sardines in olive oil
* chopped parsley

Cook spaghetti or whatever pasta you like in salted boiling H20.
Meanwhile, in a sauce pan, saute some garlic & onion in a generous amount of olive oil.
Add the cherry or grape tomatoes. Otherwise, diced regular tomatoes (deseeded) will do.
Season with s & p. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
Add some of the pasta cooking H20. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
Take out the whole sardine pieces from the bottle and drain out the olive oil. Break up a few pieces into the sauce and leave some for later. I like biting into big chunks of sardines.
Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce.
Add more olive oil or pasta H20 if desired. Sprinkle with some chopped parsley.
Transfer to the serving dish. Top with whole sardines. Garnish with more parsley and red pepper flakes.

Color of the skin of fruits and vegetables can help. Choose variety of colors when going for fruits and vegetables. And you will be fine and you will get all the benefits from them.
